Shipping & Returns Policy

Delivery Conditions

  • Delivery time may vary depending on the recipient's country and region.

  • The shipping company and estimated delivery time are specified during the order process.

Return Conditions

  • The buyer may request a return within 14 days from the date of product delivery.

  • Returned products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

Return Process

Return requests must be notified to the Seller via e-mail.
After return approval, the product is sent to the Seller's address.
Once the product reaches the Seller, the refund amount is paid back to the Buyer within 14 days.
