DISTANT SALES AGREEMENT
This Distance Sales Agreement (“Agreement”) has been concluded electronically between the Seller, whose information is provided below, and the Buyer, who shops through the website, in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.

Real or legal person who purchases products through the Seller's website.
2. Subject of the Agreement
The subject of this agreement is to determine the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of the products ordered by the Buyer electronically through the Seller's website.
3. Product Information
The type, quantity, sales price, and payment information of the products are as stated on the order screen.
4. Payment
Payment is made by the Buyer using the payment method selected during the order.
5. Delivery
Products are delivered to the address provided by the Buyer during the order within the specified period after payment is approved.
6. Right of Withdrawal
The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days from the date of receiving the product, without stating any reason and without paying any penalty.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, a written notification must be sent to the Seller.
7. Products for which the Right of Withdrawal Cannot Be Used
The right of withdrawal cannot be used for products prepared specifically for the individual and products that are not suitable for return due to hygiene reasons.
8. Dispute Resolution
In disputes arising from this agreement, Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts are authorized within the monetary limits determined by the Ministry of Trade of the Republic of Turkey.
This agreement has entered into force upon electronic approval.
