Returns & Lost Packages

At Aviola, your satisfaction is our priority. We carefully inspect and package every order to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.

🔄 Returns & Exchanges

We gladly accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:

  • Requests must be made within 1 days of delivery

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging

  • Custom, personalized, or made-to-order items are non-refundable, unless they arrive damaged or defective

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us with your order number and reason for the request.

📦 Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of:

  • The item

  • The packaging

  • The shipping label

We will arrange a replacement or solution as quickly as possible.

📍 Lost or Delayed Packages

All orders are shipped with tracked express shipping.

  • If your tracking shows delivered but the package is missing, please contact your local courier or postal office first

  • If your package is delayed or appears lost in transit, contact us and we will assist you in filing an investigation with the carrier

Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, Aviola cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages. However, we will always do our best to assist you.
