We are more than happy to create a piece just for you. Whether you’d like to adjust the stone color, change the plating, or request a unique design, customization is always available to make sure your jewelry feels truly personal.

Every item is carefully bubble-wrapped and placed inside our signature Aviola box, designed to protect your jewelry while adding a touch of luxury.

Once we have received the order return, the refund will be processed within 14 business days.

We do offer wholesale orders with worldwide. Since each piece is handmade with care, preparation time may vary depending on the order size and details.

As soon as your order is shipped we will send you a track & trace code by mail. This way you can track your order.

Keep in mind that it can take up to 48 hours before the track & trace is available. Can't track your package after 48h? Please send us an email and we will contact the shipping company.

Because all our items are crafted by hand, preparation usually takes between 2 to 14 business days, depending on the season and our current workload.

Our jewelry is plated with premium rhodium, ensuring long-lasting shine and resistance to water, sweat, and perfume.

- This policy is due to the high cost and complexity of international return shipping and customs procedures, which can be both time-consuming and expensive for buyers and sellers.

Depending on the design, our products are finished with either:

AAAA Quality Cubic Zirconia (synthetic stones with diamond-like brilliance)

All items are nickel-free and suitable for sensitive skin.
